TECHNOLOGINAL PROCESS:

Based on the structure of lithium battery negative electrode sheet and its constituent material copper, negative electrode material material material characteristics, hammer vibration crushing, vibration screening and airflow sorting combination process for waste lithium battery negative electrode sheet constituent material separation and recovery. The experiments used ICP-AES to analyze the metal grade of the experimental samples and the separated and enriched products. The results show that: after crushing and screening, the grade of copper in the crushed material with particle size larger than 0.250 mm is 92.4%, while the grade of negative electrode material in the crushed material with particle size smaller than 0.125 mm is 96.6%, both of which can be directly recovered; the grade of copper in the crushed material with particle size of 0.125-0.250 mm is lower, and the effective separation and recycling of copper and negative electrode material can be realized through the airflow separation; the airflow separation and recycling can be realized through the combined process of airflow separation and negative electrode material; the metal grade of experimental samples and separated enriched products is analyzed by ICP-AES. In the process of airflow sorting, when the operating airflow speed is 1.00 m/s, the recovery rate of copper reaches 92.3% and the grade reaches 84.4%.
