The mixture is sent to four-stage grinder for crushing to get high-density particles, and the role of four-stage grinder is to grind copper and aluminum into high-density particles so as to do the separation of copper and aluminum through the gravity sorter, and at the same time, it will also detach the black powder on the anode piece which is not crushed by the three-stage crusher; and then isolate and take away the black powder through the linear vibrating screen sieve, and the copper and aluminum that are grinded into high-density are sent to the copper-aluminum specific gravity sorter, and then it is sent to the copper-aluminum specific gravity sorter. Copper and aluminum sorting machine separates copper and aluminum through the characteristics of different densities of the two materials, and the separation rate is about 99%.
