1、 Introduction to lithium battery discharge equipment: 

This is the discharge equipment for lithium-ion battery modules, consisting of the cabinet, discharge control box, energy consumption tank, and hot blast exhaust mechanism. Connect the lithium-ion battery

module to the discharge control box and the module and the heat pipe form a pathway to achieve discharge.

The technology and process of this equipment faces mainly charged lithium-ion batteries. Based on the structural characteristics of lithium batteries, it adopts the discharge mode of nail penetration to quickly release energy; it is also equipped with a spraying cooling device. 

In this way, the lithium batteries are discharged safely. The energy released in the process is discharged up to standard through back-end green processing. 

2、 Process Description:

(1). Nail penetration discharge device: Charged lithium-ion batteries are fed into the device by a conveyor and discharged through the spiked roll. By adjusting the gap between the spiked roll and the feed table, it meets the discharge requirements of different types of lithium-ion batteries.  

(2). Spraying device: The discharged lithium-ion batteries are fed into the mesh belt conveyor. Spray the batteries during conveying to cool them down. The conveyor has a water tank in the lower part to realize water recycling.
