1、 Introduction to dust collector:

2、 Working principle:

The dust-containing air enters the middle of the precipitator box from the bottom of the precipitator. The coarser dust settles down by its own gravity and then falls into the ash bin. The fine dust is adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag through various effects. The purified air filtered by the filter bag enters the upper box through the Venturi tube and is discharged from the air outlet. The dust adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag becomes thicker and thicker as time goes on, and the resistance of the precipitator increases gradually, The amount of gas processed is decreasing. In order to keep the dust collector in an effective working state and keep the pressure loss within a certain range, it is necessary to remove the dust accumulated outside the bag wall.

The ash cleaning process is that the control instrument sends instructions to each electromagnetic pulse valve according to the specified requirements, opens the valve in turn, and injects high-pressure air into each bag in sequence. Therefore, the compressed air in the air bag passes through the Venturi tube through the orifice of the blowing pipe and enters the filter bag (called primary air), and when the injected high-speed air flow passes through the Venturi tube - ejector, The surrounding air several times the primary air is induced to enter the bag at the same time (called secondary air). Because a strong reverse air flow formed by the primary and secondary air flows into the bag, which is opposite to the filtered air flow, the filter bag rapidly shrinks - expands - contracts in an instant, as well as the reverse effect of the air flow, to remove the dust adsorbed on the outside of the bag wall one by one.
