1、 Working principle of gravity separator:

The separator, cyclone separator, dust collector and induced draft fan form a set of classification system. Under the suction of the fan, the material moves from the lower inlet of the classifier to the classification area at high speed with the rising air flow. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles that meet the requirements of particle size enter the cyclone separator or dust collector through the clearance of the blades of the classification wheel for collection. The coarse particles sink under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, and are thrown around the cylinder by the rotor blades and slide along the cylinder, In the process of falling, it is impacted by the secondary air flow, which makes the fine powder agglomerated in the coarse particles disperse and blow to the classification chamber again, and the coarse powder is discharged by the lower discharge valve under the action of gravity.

2、 Specific gravity separator performance characteristics:

1. The vertical stage turbine device is adopted, with low speed, wear resistance and low system power configuration.

2. The classifier has a reasonable structure and can produce products with multiple particle sizes at the same time, which is suitable for large-scale industrial grading production of 325~8000 mesh (1.6~45 μ m) fine powder.

3. With strong applicability, it can be used in series with ball mill, vibration mill, Raymond mill and other grinding equipment to form a closed loop.

4. The system operates under negative pressure, the dust emission is not more than 40mg/m, and the noise of the equipment is not higher than 75dB (A) by adopting noise reduction measures.

5. High degree of automation. The control system adopts program control, and the running status is displayed in real time. All impeller classifiers at all levels adopt electronic frequency conversion and stepless speed regulation. Electronic control and automatic dust removal are realized in the process of automatic circulating multi-box dust collection, which improves the process flow of the stable specific gravity separator with the negative pressure of the whole machine.
