1、 Product details

2、 Working principle

The main working part of hammer crusher is the rotor with hammer head. During operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber, and the material is fed into the crushing chamber of the hammer crusher from the upper feeding port. The material is broken by the impact and shear of the high-speed rotating hammer. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. The crushed material with a particle size smaller than the sieve hole is discharged through the sieve plate, while the coarse particle size larger than the sieve hole is blocked on the sieve plate and continues to be impacted and ground by the hammer until the required particle size is broken, and then discharged through the sieve plate. The problem of dust pollution and dust leakage in the crushing workshop is solved by adopting the sealing design.
