The new lithium battery crushing and recycling equipment can solve the recycling and treatment of waste lithium batteries. Equipment process:

4. The materials in powder state enter the cyclone separator through the negative pressure system for air filtration, and then fall to the air separator through the fan. The air separator separates the materials with different densities to obtain metal separation, and all non-metals are brought into the pulse dust collector by the negative pressure system for concentration.

5. The filtered tail gas will continue to be sent to the tail gas treatment equipment by the negative pressure system for air purification, so that it can meet the emission standard before being discharged at high altitude.

The recovery of waste lithium batteries mainly focuses on the recovery of cathode materials, cathode materials and waste hard shell batteries.
