The recycling process of waste lithium battery mainly has two ways: dismantling plus recycling and cascade utilization. 1 Cascade utilization
Cascade utilization is mainly for battery capacity down to the original 70% -80% can not continue to use the battery in electric vehicles. 2 Dismantling and recycling
First of all, through the lithium battery recycling equipment for various types of lithium batteries for initial crushing, such as cylindrical batteries, soft pack batteries and hard shell batteries. The waste lithium batteries are shredded into small pieces. The shredded material is separated from diaphragm paper by airflow sorting machine, while magnetic separator equipment is set to separate iron and nickel strips. Finally, the black powder is separated by linear vibrating screen, and the copper and aluminum are separated by specific gravity sorting machine. Lithium battery recycling equipment ensures the efficient recovery of resources through precise control system and efficient crushing method.
