Concrete implement:

(1)Multi-component sorting systems

After pyrolysis, the materials are sieved, air-selected and magnetically-selected to obtain iron shell, aluminum shell, pole column, positive and negative pole pieces respectively.

(2)Dry stripping system

Exhaust gas: the source of the exhaust gas generated by the system is mainly the electrolyte gas volatilized during the battery monomer crushing process and the cracking gas generated during the high temperature pyrolysis process, through the pulse dedusting system of high temperature combustion + acute cooling + desulfurization and denitrification + alkali absorption, the treated exhaust gas meets the standard discharge, and the emission standard meets the local and national emission standards. The exhaust gas contains HF, HPO3 and other acidic gases, after alkaline washing into the circulating water, the circulating water then reacts with high calcium ion solution to generate CaF2 precipitation and a small amount of calcium phosphate.
