1. Dust pollution
Production link: During the pretreatment process of crushing and cutting of photovoltaic panels, as well as the subsequent grinding and screening links, a considerable amount of dust will be produced. For instance, when the dual-axis shredder is employed to break the solar panel, the impact force generated during the crushing process will cause the glass, silicon and other materials in the photovoltaic panel to turn into fine particles, resulting in dust. If the dust is discharged directly into the atmosphere without undergoing purification treatment, it will have an impact on the environment. Therefore, the solar panel recycling equipment will be equipped with the corresponding dust removal facilities.

2 Wastewater Discharge
Production Link: During the cleaning and chemical treatment of photovoltaic panels, wastewater is generated. For instance, to remove dirt and impurities on the surface of photovoltaic panels, water might be utilized for cleaning, and the wastewater after cleaning contains pollutants such as silicon powder, oil, and chemical agents.
Harmful Effects: If discharged directly without treatment, it will cause pollution to the water environment, leading to eutrophication and deterioration of water quality, and affecting the ecological function of surrounding water bodies as well as the drinking water safety of surrounding residents. Our PV panel recycling equipment is equipped with sewage purification equipment to ensure that the discharge standards are met.
3 Waste of Resources
Production Link: If the technical level of the recycling equipment is not enhanced, the sorting efficiency will be low. This may cause some valuable materials not to be effectively recycled, leading to a waste of resources. For instance, in the sorting processes such as the airflow gravity separator and electrostatic separator, if the equipment is not precise enough or operated improperly, some metals, silicon, and other materials might be discarded into other wastes.
Harmful Impact: This not only wastes valuable resources but also increases the demand for extracting native resources, further intensifying resource shortages and environmental pressures. At the same time, if the abandoned photovoltaic panels cannot receive timely and effective recycling treatment, they will also occupy a significant amount of land resources, resulting in a waste of land resources.
