How to recycle broken solar panel

Crushing of solar panels is one of the common problems of battery panels.1 During the production of solar panels, it is inevitable that there will be crushing.2 During transportation, due to long time vibration or extrusion, the solar panel cells will also be crushed. How do we recycle in the face of broken solar panels?

Damaged solar panels cannot be used further. Throwing away these damaged solar panels directly will not only pollute the environment, but also waste raw materials. But we can classify and recycle the broken solar panels, and the recycled glass and so on can continue to produce new things.

The solar panel recycling equipment uses heat to heat up the solar cell sheet, then crushes the glass by squeezing, and finally separates the broken glass and solar cell sheet by separating. Our equipment separates the glass pieces with high purity, less glass powder and higher recycling rate.
